The Hard Cast

Tanner is doing so great. He is getting pretty good at writing and drawing left handed! Here is a picture of his new Hard Cast. His surgeon was so sweet. He really wanted a Pink Cast, but the nurse said they didn't have pink. When his surgeon came in she made sure he had a little pink on it. It totally made his day!

That's so cute of Tanner....to want pink. Poor guy though...that's a big cast! I'm glad he's used to it and doing good.

I'm glad to know there's another boy out there who loves pink. It's Brady's favorite color these days too. When I was Tanner's age, I remember thinking kids with casts were cool.

My little guy also loves pink...and purple too! It's to bad it's been dubbed a girl color isn't it? He looks like he's enjoying it even though I'm sure it's a pain. Happy Healing!
