This just goes to prove why we need to be neighbors...I've been making Halloween cupcakes all week. I'm doing to do my sister in-laws activity days tomorrow and show them how to do fun cupcakes. Are you blue ones made out of snowballs? Bry's b-day is in a couple of weeks and I thought about making Grovers out of them (Sesame Street).
