The Master Bathroom

I really like this house... it's been nice having the upstairs to ship the boys too....I like that the Master Bedroom is downstairs and I love the HUGE kitchen....

We are just renting for a few months until we decide which area we want to live in and if we really want to be in Las Vegas... who knows we might move back to Farr West!

The Good, the bad and the sad!

Well I've been in Vegas for about a week now...

GOOD

I love having Ryan home every night!!!!!!!!!
I really like the house layout... feels like we have more room... There is a bonus room upstairs and where the wet bar is I have my beads spread out and not in anyone's way... Before it was my dining room table and always picking them up before we could eat on table...
I love the area of Vegas we live in... SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS! We have a really cute park close to the house...
I am so glad that Tanner and Tate have each other to play with, they have played really well together...
The yard was so small I mowed it in 10 minutes both front and back with a push mower Ryan go on Craigs list... (guess he's going green)

BAD

I hate all the MEDIANS... And The traffic sucks...
Can't seem to finish unpacking the last few boxes
Kids can't ride their bikes up and down the street like at home...
This town is not KID friendly!...

SAD

KIDS miss all their little neighborhood friends...
I MISS all my NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!
The neighbors are NOT friendly... Miss you guys so MUCH!
Miss my family... Especially Heidi... Miss those weekly visits and jaunts to the craft store!

6 Things you should know about TATE

1. He is only 3 1/2 but talks like he is about 12... He hummed the tune to Happy Birthday on his first birthday!... He has always been good at talking...

2. Tate LOVES Horses! I really wanted to name him Stetson. But Ryan thought it would be to cowboyish... If I had only known what a little cowboy he would be... I would have! Tate loves his Wranglers and looks so GREAT in them....

3. Tate loves to Sing... He loves to just pretend and make up songs! It is the cutest thing ever!

4. Tate has the easiest going personality ever! He is so easy to be around and everyone falls in love with him. He is the only morning person in our family and the least stubborn.. He doesn't have any of our bad traits! Not sure where he came from. Tate is my CALM after the STORM!

5. Tate is a sugar BUG!... He loves anything sweet... He was super easy to potty train, we told him if he used the potty he could get a piece of candy... We started a few days before easter... And when he got his easter basket we only let him have candy if he went potty! He was trained that day!

6. Tate loves his brothers... He wants to be as big as Tanner, but he takes extra good care of Tyce and is always being so sweet with him! Tate is a sweetheart and all of you who know him will totally agree!

Ryan's cousin Raelene lives in Kingman Arizona... I called her Sunday night and she said they were at Lake Mead and we should come by! We decided that would be fun... So Glad we did! Cause it was a very FUN DAY!

1. Tanner loves bugs, frogs, and all sorts of creepy things. He has been begging me to get him a scorpion! But I didn't want that loose in my house. They have been finding cockroaches down here in the yard and they think it is the coolest thing ever! Who knows maybe he'll find a scorpion down here in the desert.

2. Tanner is very Artistic.... He draws the cutest things and loves to make pictures for everyone!

3. Tanner loves to give hugs and is such a loving little boy. He had a primary teacher who was not a touch person. He cured her of that in a couple of weeks.

4. Tanner loves puzzles! In fact he has been working on one for the last 3 hours... I forgot how much he loves them.

TAKING A BREAK

There is a cute little park about a 1/2 a mile from our place....We took a break and let the kids have some fun! We are slowly getting settled into our place... I FORGOT how much work it is to MOVE!...Hope we don't do this again to SOON!

Vegas Trip

Wow! Quick but productive trip! We found a place to stay in two weeks! I can hardly believe it... So I need to get packing instead of surfing the internet! Here's a couple of shots from trip... Didn't take many!

We got an offer on our house on Wednesday! And they want to close on May 20th. So, the timing worked out good so we could look for a place.

Tate loves to Sing!

Tate is hilarious... Don't worry if you don't understand the words... He just makes stuff up! But I just love his little dance at the beginning and his hand on his chest! Sorry, video not the best.. just testing the new camera...but I had to share!
